My mission: Make people co-responsible
'Creating maximum support for the successful and effective implementation of strategy and organisational change. Make all stakeholders co-owners of their chosen direction. A change affects everyone and will not work unless everyone can contribute to its realisation. I am driven by the belief that people know their own immediate work environment best and want to feel responsible.'
My themes
- Human Resources Management: HR strategy, policy, implementation and organisation,
- supervising complex mergers and reorganisations,
- the human impact of mergers, integration processes and reorganisations,
- control issues: management, supervision and accountability,
- direction and process support for complex change processes,
- Large Scale Intervention technologies
- coaching on process sensitivity, tactics and courage to implement the most effective changes or influence.
As a mediator, I can easily switch between all parties when consulting in an organisation: management, employee participation and supervisors (from blue-collar to board room).
I am inquisitive, confronting, with a good sense of the political context and the underlying interests, and aligned to the ambitions and abilities of the participants.
My drive is to find pragmatic solutions tailored to the client's needs. I am always looking for the organisation's 'buttons and levers instead of locks and latches'.
Since 1997, I have been working as a trainer and consultant, first at Looten Organisatie Adviseurs and GITP, and since 2015 as an independent consultant via Regie op Veranderen, sometimes flying solo, often as part of a network.

As a Works Council, you want to be part of a group that is good at cooperating. Working together, taking well-informed, sound decisions. And above all: you want everyone to participate willingly and give 100 per cent of themselves. Regardless of the group, the CT² team has experts with the right connection to your organisation. Inge Telting is just one of these experts; meet the other members of the CT² team:
