Diederik specialised in supporting Works Councils and employee participation lawyers on financial and company law issues.

Mutual understanding and knowledge of the basis of arguments is often the key to achieving an optimal result, for example, in case of a request for advice on a reorganisation or close down.

Diederik acts as a sparring partner, helping people understand, analyse and substantiate the consequences to create understanding and mutual trust between the company and Works Council.
